Our room was directly over the bar with Karaoke on Saturday night until 1AM. Also very echo-ey. Every door closing and person walking down the hall you could hear.

It was not a big deal to us but there is no air conditioning but a fan is provided which we found to be adequate.If you are heat sensitive it might cause you some issues.
